WITHDRAWAL FORM

Thank you for allowing South Texas Academy of Music to be part of your student’s musical journey. We’re grateful for the time your family has spent with us.

30-DAY NOTICE

Submitting this form begins the required 30-calendar-day notice period. Your student remains enrolled and may continue attending scheduled classes through the confirmed final enrollment date. Tuition remains due during the notice period, and any final partial month will be prorated.

Telling a teacher, sending a text or email, or stopping attendance does not complete withdrawal. The notice period begins when this form is submitted.

BEFORE YOU GO

Your feedback helps us improve. If a schedule change, teacher or class change, tuition-assistance conversation, or another reasonable adjustment might help your student continue, please tell us below. STXAM does not offer temporary enrollment or tuition pauses. Any follow-up from our team will not delay or invalidate your withdrawal request.

PAY IT FORWARD THROUGH TUITION ASSISTANCE

If your student will not attend the remaining classes during the 30-day notice period, you may choose to apply the value of those unused classes to our Tuition Assistance Program. Your contribution will help another student or prospective student participate in music lessons when their family may not otherwise be able to afford them. This option is completely voluntary and does not change the remaining tuition balance.
